Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the oil change, brake pad replacement, and car window replacement services provided by Oil Mobil at the customer’s location. By using our services, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

  • Oil Mobil offers oil change, brake pad replacement, and car window replacement services at the customer’s location.
  • The company strictly provides these services and does not offer mechanical repairs, diagnostics, or any additional services.
  • All services are performed in accordance with industry standards, using appropriate tools and equipment.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made at the time of service via approved payment methods (credit/debit card, online payment, or cash).
  • Final pricing includes the cost of parts, labor, disposal fees, and local taxes.
  • Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued unless Oil Mobil confirms in writing that the service was not properly performed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Oil Mobil reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected technical issues.

4.Responsibilities and Service Limitations

4.1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure the following:
  • The vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location (flat surface, sufficient working space).
  • The engine is off and cool before service begins.
  • The hood is left unlatched to allow the technician to start work promptly.
    If these conditions are not met, the technician has the right to refuse service, and the customer may still be charged.

4.2. Disclaimer of Liability for Uncontrollable Factors

Oil Mobil is not responsible for any issues arising from the following:
  • Severe weather conditions (rain, snow, storms, etc.).
  • Traffic delays, access restrictions, or location constraints.
  • Quality of customer-supplied parts.
  • Unexpected vehicle malfunctions that prevent service completion.
  • Theft or damage to the vehicle before, during, or after service.
  • Problems resulting from improper vehicle use after service.

5. Warranty and Service Guarantee

  • Oil Mobil does not provide an independent service warranty. The only warranty available is the manufacturer’s warranty on parts used, if applicable.
  • The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or environmental factors.
  • If a customer believes there was a deficiency in service, they must notify Oil Mobil within one week of the service date.

6. Safety and Environmental Compliance

  • Used motor oil, brake pads, and other waste materials will be collected and disposed of safely.
  • Oil Mobil complies with all environmental regulations for hazardous waste disposal.
  • Customers must not dispose of oil or hazardous materials improperly.

7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt a resolution through direct negotiation.
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
  • The arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Oil Mobil reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • The latest version of the terms and conditions will be available on the company’s website.
  • Continued use of services after changes implies customer acceptance of the updated terms.
